Yes! EnduroSip drinkware is made from reusable stainless steel, helping reduce single-use plastic, paper, and styrofoam waste. Choosing EnduroSip supports a more sustainable, zero-waste lifestyle.

We use UVDTF 3D permanent decals and select factory-finished designs. Our decals are vibrant, textured, waterproof, and long-lasting—designed to stand up to everyday use without peeling or fading.

At EnduroSip LLC, our production process follows strict quality control measures to ensure every product meets the highest standards—especially for custom orders.

Our process includes:

• Design Consultation: Customers can consult with our design team to discuss ideas, preferences, and customization options so the tumbler aligns perfectly with their vision.
• Mockup & Approval: We create a digital production mockup based on your selections and send it to you for approval. Adjustments can be made at this stage to guarantee satisfaction.
• Craftsmanship: Once approved, our skilled team begins production—selecting premium materials and applying the design with precision and care.
• Quality Assurance: Each tumbler is inspected to ensure it is leak-proof, scratch-resistant, and meets EnduroSip quality standards.

After placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation immediately. Within 48 hours, you’ll receive your production mockup based on what you designed on the site.

You may choose from multiple options including tumbler size, color, and lid type. Bulk order turnaround times and pricing may vary depending on whether faster production or vessel/ground shipping is selected.

Once you approve the production mockup, we move into production. Nothing goes into production without your approval.

All artwork, design prep, and mockups are completely FREE—we never charge for art.

Many of our items are ready-to-ship. Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days, depending on customization and inventory. Custom or bulk orders may take longer.

Due to the customized nature of many items, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If there’s an issue with your order, contact us and we’ll make it right.
