Shipping Coverage

EnduroSipâ„¢ currently ships only within the continental United States.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Carriers

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).
We may, at our discretion, use alternative carriers for logistical reasons, but USPS remains our primary shipping provider.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom and personalized orders may require additional time depending on design and production volume.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather, and postal service conditions.

You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total, weight, and delivery address. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on product or checkout pages.

Lost or Delayed Packages

EnduroSipâ„¢ is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather delays, natural disasters, or postal disruptions).
If your order is lost or delayed, please contact USPS directly using your tracking number. We will do our best to assist in resolving the issue.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
